"A really nice, clean place to stay. Wish we could've checked out the jaquzzi, but we lacked sleep due to kids running amok from 11am-3am. Slamming doors & screaming. I only wish room phone worked as we could not reach front desk to call about kids running up/down hallway! Bed was very comfy. No outlet near coffee maker, no batteries in tv remote, no phone & terrible lighting in bathroom (looked clean tho). Resort Arena seating is way too tight! Very uncomfortable & way too HOT! Turn on the A/C....

"Every two years we come to the Mesa area to see family, this year we had 8 in the family and this 5 bedroom home was great. The rooms were nice and the common areas were spacious. The pool was nice as well. The kitchen could have had a few more items like a crockpot or electric skillet . Overall the location and stay were great."

"I have a few mixed feelings on this review. Over all was great however we didn’t get our code to get in but a few hours before our 2.5 hour plane took off so that was stressful. When we did arrive at the home the code didn’t work at the house. I was able to reach a live person by phone and she gave me the code for the spare key lock box and said it would be reset, we ended up using the spare key for all 5 days. Also the main bedroom light did not work so we had to use the lamps. I did notify the...
