"Place was good however the wifi name on the tv and flier was wrong I was able to figure it out when I reached out by text I didn’t a response and the air vent would go off randomly making a very loud noise especially at night. The area was nice and quiet no complaints on that. "

"The one bedroom apartment is in a nice complex. The pool is close to the apartment. The pool and hot tub area was great. Streaming Tv worked well. Hot water was great for shower. Overall very nice place. I will stay here again when visiting Phoenix."

"The tv in the living room didn’t work. It turned on but you could never connect to anything do to a weak WiFi connection. I was constantly given the run around about its repair when it was obvious it wasn’t going to happen at my request I asked for some type of reimbursement. I was promised 10% discount for each day I was effected off of the daily rate charge this discount was never given. "

"Place was nice. Very roomy. When i got there the code i was given for the door didnt work but they fixed it very quickly. The shower handle was broke off which made it hard to turn on and control the water temp of the shower. Wish they would have fixed that but otherwise stay was good."

"Showed up right on scheduled check in time ….. apartment was not clean , cleaning crew actually showed up about 10 min after we did. Had to wait outside while they cleaned the apartment. Mattress not comfortable, stains on couches , traffic noise very loud, toilet does not flush properly. Would never stay here again . "

"I booked this property for a business trip. This was one of the worst stays I have experienced. The management company was helpful in securing an extra night (realized I needed to check in 1 day prior for meetings), the check-in process was easy and the place was clean. Other than that, this was a terrible stay. The first night I was up all night with sounds of screaming, cursing, banging on walls, banging on doors. It was quite alarming and frightening. "

"My stay was very enjoyable. I was comfortable in the rustic, southwestern themed casita. the property is sorrounded on 3 sides by the owners private orchards. I was lucky enough to meet the owner (an absolute delight) who took me through the orchards and collected goodies to take home. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Ulf!"

"The worse communication ever, nothing but troubles with the Cozy Suites Reps. Shower curtains 5” short in both bathrooms, broken missing parts on coffee machine, cheap Amazon metal bed with paper thin sheets and a very small cheap pillow. The washer and dryer were too loud to use. The worse part was dealing With the cooperate Cozy Suite Scam. They rented this apartment from a complex and told them it was corporate housing… the entire place was a mess. "
