Was a little nervous about this property since the only review on Expedia was negative, but frankly this hotel is brand new open just a short time. It was spotless, quiet. Also, the staff was as kind as they could be. It is a bargain style property so bring your own hairdryer, coffee, pot, Kleenex. I will stay here again if I’m in the area.

This is a brand new property, 17 days old I believe. Very clean and nice location. There is not a lot within walking distance as far as food but safe and clean area. The workout room has a cable machine but no free weights.

Good location, friendly helpful staff and very clean. Could have provided hand towels and a minimum of kitchen items like a couple of coffee cups or utensils. Kitchenette was rather useless to appeal to someone on a shorter stay. Queen room is more for one person, only one bedside shelf. We had to move the bed to access both sides.

No carpeting in the rooms. Had to go to the desk for clean towels. I could hear people in the adjacent rooms talking even when my TV was on. No ice machines in the hotel. Overall, an unpleasant stay at a very new hotel

What we didn't like is that there is no place where the kitchen smells come out and all the bad smell stays in the room. When we arrived we got the smell of shrimp and that's how the bad smell lasted for the 3 days we stayed. They don't give enough shampoo or conditioner either.

Has a kitchen, but there are no plates, bowls or utenails...unleas you biybthem at the front desk. There is no service whatsoever no matter how long you stay. Not trash, not toilet paper. Nothing. You can pay $2 for a swapped set of towels, no matter how long your stay. This is not what I would call a budget hotel. It was $150/night. A Super 8 would be a better choice. If one of my kids said they planned to stay here, I'd take them out of the will. It's freaking awful.

Nice and clean and dog friendly. Got a nice room on the ground floor close to the exit doors. Provided poop bags and had a good dog walking area. Pretty expensive and according to the description the kitchenettes had some cooking utensils. This one didn’t. Had to improvise to heat water for coffee. Nice big refrigerator. No hand towels.
