"This hotel is clean and efficient. Nice crunchy bedlinen. Very quiet and peaceful in rooms. Very central useful location. It feels corporate, international style. Most hotels these days give you an eco option on towels. They need to do this for their own expenses and the planet. "

"We stayed for two nights, visiting family in Cardiff. The hotel staff were very helpful on arrival, and we were made to feel welcome. Breakfast was good, and plentiful. The room felt a little dated, with the shower over a bath with a curtain, but we were comfortable."

"As a single female traveller I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable by the receptionist on arrival. Room was spotless, bed comfortable and I slept well until other guests arrived in the early hours walking up and down on extremely squeaky floorboards. "

"Nice property. Room was ok. Paid additional amount for an upgraded room but the view was of a wall and roof. Huge pilar in the bathroom. Lift broke. Coffee machine broke and no hash browns. Not sure how you run out of hash browns when they are frozen"

One of the flats we had didnt have a working tv and keylock on balcony came out the door (3nice) 82 prague was lovely a little dirty in bathroom (shower screen and bath had mould by tiles) and balcony was really dirty. Other than that the whole stay was lovely and have no other moans "
