"Outstanding Service and Excellent Stay at Carina Gold Hotel We had an amazing 4-night stay at Carina Gold Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided exceptional service, always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our experience special. Especially when we were visiting with my disabled daughter. The reception team Especially Burhan he is amazing was professional and welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free.He also arranged a well-planned 2-day program for us, offering honest recommendations that helped us make the most of our trip. Also I have to mention Mr Burak he is a fine young man, who will do anything for you if you ask him. His kindness and hospitality will take him far and high in his future. The hotel itself was absolutely clean, and the rooms were in perfect order—well-maintained, comfortable, and ideal for a relaxing stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Carina Gold Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!
