"Hotel is at a good location if you have business in the NW part of Shanghai, or Disney; it's only a 5-minute walk from the metro station and also close to the Anting-North train station. The rooms are big and clean, room service is excellent and the food is top quality. The basement has a nice gym with lots of equipment but smells a bit musty, maybe because this summer has been hot & humid. The property manager (Julie) is super helpful & friendly, and is always around to help with...

"Staff were extremely courteous and the room was spacious. Air conditioning felt uneven in the room where some areas are warmer than others. The room card was very difficult to use when tapping in the elevator trying to access your floor. Front staff said they are trying to upgrade their system so the cards are not the most sensitive, replaced my room cards and the same issued persisted."

"Overall it is a nice place with convenient access to major transportations. The hotel is quite old in particular with in unit bathroom sink drainage that I need to pull out the knob to let water flow down. This is something needs to be looked into. Breakfast buffet is fine. We stayed for just one night just for next day activity planned in the area and location is good, with free parking included. "
