"Our first room had a very uncomfortable bed. The next morning, we asked the front desk if we could be moved to another room. They very graciously moved us to another room where we had a very lovely view of the Golden Gate Bridge!!! Great staff and service!"

"You said I had VIP access I did get a nice bottle of wine which I did drink. Our room was nice but it was the room we chose what was odd as we got there three hours early. The gentleman at the front desk said oh your room is ready, but you can only have it if you pay a $60 early access fee which we chose not to, and we start our luggage with the front desk and went into town and then came back and checked in. "This hotel is right where you need to be. It is in the middle of the city and easy, straight shot to the fisherman’s wharf. Plenty of diners and cafes near by to choose from as well. We had a great experience. "
