"I requested a bottle of prosecco to be waiting in the room for us, this did not happen, so i called reception and asked for one, 40 minutes later we got the bottle."

"We had an interconnecting room - double on one side and twin on the other. Each room also had a put up bed in for larger families. We loved the warm pool, games room and outdoor activity such as the chess board. The reception desk was very friendly. A short drive into Stratford Upon Avon. Thanks for a lovely stay. "

"Checkin was very good even got our bags carried to our room by a very polite staff member but Breakfast service was rather slow especially waiting 15 minutes for a coffee despite the place not being busy and very unfortunate that a guest was on the phone speaking very loudly spoiling the ambience of the hotel The spa was extremely good but needs pre booking before you arrive "

"Easy check in and check out. Room was quiet, clean and very comfortable large bed and pillows. Shower was a little temperature temperamental but on the whole good. It was Christmas eve and would have been nice to have been wished a merry Christmas by reception on check out but apart from that, good as always."

"We have stayed at Swan’s nest twice, and have had a good stay both times! The beds are a good size, pillows are nice! Bathroom was clean and nice toiletries! We had to pay for car parking but only £8 overnight, so not too bad! Breakfast was really good. Great location to walk into Town. The only downside was no beer on New Years Eve afternoon! we like to have a couple of pints late afternoon, all the beer pumps at the bar were out of beer, not ideal on New Years Eve!"

"Fantastic hotel in the middle of Stratford-Upon-Avon. Fabulous mix of old and new buildings. We stayed in a king size room in the modern part of the hotel. Everything we needed and a beautiful bathroom. Really great breakfast. "
