"Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es sind für mich mit abstand die freundlichsten Mitarbeiter an der Player die ich in den letzten Jahren erlebt habe. Das Essen ist umfangreich und sehr gut. Die nähe zum Bierkönig fand ich sehr gut sollte aber jedem klar sein. Ich gehe wieder sehr gerne in das Hotel. Es war eine schöne Zeit"

Would have been nice to know the work ongoing on the front which put a dampener on it a little as could no longer walk along promenade. "This was a great hotel option in Palma, perfect location for seeing all the historic sights and easy to walk to everything. We jumped on the bus right across the street to go to Bellver Castle. The staff were all friendly, and the place was extremely clean. We were also very grateful to one of the ladies at the front desk who arranged for us to stay an extra night and we didn’t have to move rooms.
