"Property is in a good place and has a nice sized pool. Easy access to the beach and has a lift. The staff were friendly and accomodating. Couldn't really moan about the place itself. The only moan I would mention is that some of the people staying in the apartment where not considerate and would be shouting and banging all night. "For a low budget hotel, they were brillant. All staff were amazing, kind and very helpful and my room was cleaned every day. They will help you with anything, including trips etc. I would certainly book there again. THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF "

"Was a good stay however I felt I could do with an upgrade, WiFi was poor and the fridge froze milk and water on a low setting. Other than that was a good and nice place to stay. Would stay again on return to Palma "

"Lovely, undisturbed stay in a pleasant room. Clean and comfortable enough to spend evenings in and with a great view overlooking the port. Easy access to local buses and the tram, as well as local hikes. Signs of wear but all functioning well with a good, strong shower. Air con worked slowly. No pool is not an issue when the beach is across the road. The area is cute but heavily targeted to tourists and lacks character. "A very small room, smaller than anticipated for 2 guests. Expected 2 single beds & ended up with a double, arrived after midnight & couldn’t be bothered to walk back to reception to request a change. The hostel is out of the way so it was quiet & peaceful, we hardly saw anyone. Walking distance (up hill) to the main hotel & facilities which were great. I’d stay again but would want a bigger room."

"Very charming, clean, spacious What was lacking - No hot water, the safe did not work, the pillows were terrible ( all guest should have 2 pillows) Checkin was not easy especially when you're not from a European country and you don't know how to you use the different phone number here. "

"Our room was sizeable and comfortable beds. The reception staff were very helpful and accomodating as my husband had hired a mobility scooter and we needed a room close to the lift and to access electric hook up and a safe place to leave it. I did have to request wine glasses and cork screw as the kitchen had limited glasses, but this was solved immediately. Very kind staff. "
