"My husband and Inrecently had the pleasure of staying at Celtic Manor, and we can't say enough good things about our experience! The facilities were absolutely amazing, providing everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The staff went above and beyond, always friendly and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. The golf facilities were great too! The courses were beautifully maintained, offering a fantastic challenge for players of all levels. "When the fire alarm went off at 4 am on New Years Day, the staff were quite quick to help evacuate the premises and kept people informed. There was no fire and we were quickly allowed back to our rooms. One thing I was not impressed with was that when we booked, there was not information that the swimming pool times were changed. This caused us to change our plans so that my children could go swimming, one reason for choosing this hotel."
