"Lovely old hotel, clean quiet and spacious. Unusually we struggled to spend money, the kitchen would not serve food in the bar area, because it would cause "delays" in the kitchen. We eventually got some olives and some nice charcuterie but no bread because the fridge was locked...you don't keep bread in the fridge and the olives and salami were from the fridge. A real disappointment to be treated like fools... Marred what would have been a really good review."

"Stayed one night at the Three Cocks. It's a charming property and immaculately clean. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The breakfast was perfectly sized and very tasty. My only gripe was the lack of water pressure in the shower, but it certainly wouldn't put me off booking again. I look forward to staying again next time I am in the area. Many thanks."

"Lovely location, with a restaurant and a pub within walking distance, and a 24 hour laundrette at the service station just down the road. The room was very comfortable and the facilities included a kitchen, a dining area with a lovely view, and lounge with a large TV. The owners were friendly, helpful and gave good information on things to see and do."

"Really nice apartment right in the middle of town. Very comfortable beds and lovely cosy lounge. The kitchen area is also very tidy with all you need to cook for your family. Would definitely stay here again. Only slight downside is the noise from the flats above and below, but this was daytime only noise. We slept very well. Overall very enjoyable stay. "
