"The resort was beautiful. The service was good. It took a while to get drinks by the pool or beach. They also only allowed you to have one room key which meant you could not cool your room if you were not in it which is ridiculous. It was very hot. They have 4 pools and none were adults only. There were kids jumping all over including splashing water near my food and drink. At least one pool should be adults only and enforce it. "

"The Briza Resort was amazing. From the location (quiet but only a short walk to some great restaurants) and a mere 10 minute walk to the centre of Chaweng - so suitably away from the crowds but on the doorstep if you the night life. Booked a deluxe private plunge pool - made our holiday. It was fantastic and much larger than what I thought it was going to be. Also a great open space to catch the rays - a private little oasis! Breakfast was ok - standard I would say. Would absolutely recommend...

"The hotel is beautiful and located in perfect position off the beach. It is walkable distance to the main street of chaweng. The staff are extremely friendly and nice. Guide and Neng were so helpful and kind every time we walked out. Breakfast was delicious too. "Check in was smooth and easy. Had to carry bags quite a long way to the room. Ohm assisted us to our room and showed us the details of the resort. She was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was when we asked at checkin for a little later checkout. The man who checked us in very abruptly said “no, noon is the checkout time…we’re completely booked”. He said this without looking or letting him ask how much additional time we were wanting."
