The staff was amazing (especially Oh (who enthusiastically greeted us, provided daily oversight of all staff, cleanliness and ambiance of poolside, bar and activities). We also particularly enjoyed the friendly bartender - Win. He was always smiling and enthusiastic. Although we don't know the names of the housekeepers for our rooms; they created a fantastic arrangement of beautiful flowers and towel art!
