"Very good hotel for couples, also convenient access to a main U-Bahn stop right outside the hotel door and Straßenbahn located across the bridge. Housekeeping was very good and on top of refills and cleaning. Unfortunately the check in via Experian was very slow but easily resolved by the hotel. The hotels food and drinks options are on the higher side compared to most of the city. If you want a safe and convenient hotel give this a go"

"This review is for ARCOTEL Donauzentrum. Had a booking with Kaiserwasser but they could not accommodate due to a technical error. They were nice enough to transfer the registration to thei other hotel. Rooms clean. Good bed and shower. Good breakfast. Very close to Metro station. Attached to large shopping center with many food outlets. Airport bus stops right infront of hotel. Only caution. No regularly manned chech in desk, and elevators don't need a pass key, so anyone off the street can go...
