"Impressive old mansion on a hill overlooking Vienna. Incredible city views at night and we were treated to a spectacular sunrise over the city in the morning too. The building itself has a checkered history, some of which was disturbing to read about, but the hotel has done a great job of utilising it for a memorable guest experience. Stunning views from the breakfast table and a great buffet breakfast. "

"The property was clean, reception friendly and speak English, the room was simple but comfortable, I felt very safe in the building as well late at night. There are many good restaurant near the dormitory."

"Second time staying here, good location just by two tram lines and a bus stop. Excellent price and simple, comfortable and quiet rooms. Friendly staff and if you arrive late the keys are left out for you. "

"When we arrived the room we reserved was inaccessible and then we were moved to a room not compatible with our group size. The entire villa was freezing, such that we could see our breath when we breathed. There were lights out and the fridge smelled rancid. The bathrooms were dirty and there were derogatory political stickers on the door. "

"The staff here were amazing during our stay! After our concert was cancelled they all helped boost our spirits with our own little concert in the lobby. Would definitely recommend this hotel after the experience we had with the staff there! "

"The property is a good budget-friendly option and conveniently located close to the town center. It was warm, clean, and provided the essentials for a basic stay. However, there were no mirrors in the room, and the poor sound insulation made it difficult to sleep well. Communication with the host was also challenging, which added some frustration to the experience. "Der Kontakt und der Check-In liefen reibungslos. Allerdings ist der Zustand der Unterkunft mangelhaft und unhygienisch. Die Matratze dreckig und uns wurde nur ein feuchtes Handtuch für zwei Personen bereitgestellt. Wenn man keine hohen Erwartungen hat, kann das Zimmer trotzdem mit seiner Lage punkten. Tolle Anbindung an Öffis und die Innere Stadt ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. "

"The room itself is very nice and would recommend for a cheap get away however there is a problem with some people being very loud and a major problem being the larger amount of ants everywhere under the bed and on the countertop, it may be caused by under the bed not being cleaned as it had dust and food bits left under it"
