The only issue we had was the hot water heater didnt work properly. Additionally, staff did not inform us you need to turns on switches for the refrigerator and the hot water in the room. "Hotel is fairly smart, but small. No lift to 2nd floor, which is challenging with luggage. Internet quality is regularly terrible. Could not make a work call, and struggled to call family (many times) Room service seldom got the meal order right"
