"I chose this hotel because it had a 10 rating and the pictures looked nice. Upon arrival there was nobody in the reception to receive us and when she arrived she wasn’t welcoming at all. For the 2 days stay there was never anyone at the reception. There was no handle on the inside if the bathroom so getting out was difficult. The wifi connection was weak. "The staff were very helpful, no management about to answer questions, the room we booked was no longer available; we paid for a twin room (2 single beds), the one given to us was extremely dirty. We had wipes and did alot of cleaning of the surfaces in the room. There was only 1 hanger in the wardrobe. Also on the first night there was no water and a powercut, they were both back on by the morning, but there was no hot water. No instructions how to lower the air conditioning. On a positive note...
