"Check in was easy - we were upgraded on arrival to a suite which was a pleasant surprise. The room was equipped with a mini bar (we didn’t use this) but did have the complimentary waters. Excellent in terms of space. It was warm though even with air con but we didn’t mind this too much. Hotel is walkable distance to main square - 10 min to Old Town. Many tram stops outside it if preferred. Several supermarkets and bakeries nearby for breakfast. Room service was efficient - we got the tiramisu! Check out was speedy and late (12.00) which meant we could spend more time at hotel. Highly recommend for a few nights in Krakow."

"Lovely large room with balcony (though too cold to use, would be fabulous in warmer weather). I chose the hotel due to proximity to parkrun, Used the pool just once and only for 30 mins as it closes 1pm-2pm, quite small, looks big in the photos and inadequate changing facilities but we just came straight back up to our room to shower."

"The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding and for a good length of time. The position was perfect. The building was full of character, which did mean there were some ‘downsides’ (not being able to open windows for example), but the history outweighed the negatives. I would have loved to have been able to have more information about the history of the building to study. "
