My room was up under the eaves of the building, with a lot of character, but also had a good little fridge and plenty of storage. A couple of little oddities with lights that didn't work and cold water which would go warm, but nothing serious."

Apparently a popular breakfast spread (18 euros) which I did not partake. Very clean room (with a mini fridge) and comfortable bed. The location near the bus station was a little off putting during the day with large crowds, but was quiet at night. Overall very pleasant."

Had to call to get room key code it was not sent as promised. 90% of the time there is No employee to talk to about If your not from germany we were told not use the plug adapter because it would kill the power supply. Sign in bathroom states to throw your dirty towels on the floor. They will be replaced. But then room service did not come and clean or change towels that day and no one was there to talk to. Door handle came off. Coffee maker ran out of water and it was not...
