Had to call to get room key code it was not sent as promised. 90% of the time there is No employee to talk to about If your not from germany we were told not use the plug adapter because it would kill the power supply. Sign in bathroom states to throw your dirty towels on the floor. They will be replaced. But then room service did not come and clean or change towels that day and no one was there to talk to. "Above a bar in a small town, this place was in a good location. The room was clean and modern, although small. For a solo traveler this didn’t matter. Fresh rolls delivered to your door at 07:00 for breakfast in your room. The people in the bar helped me get in touch with the owner who is not on site. The phone number on Hotels.com was not correct. Parking was in an open area opposite the bar. It was a noisy location as traffic passed on two sides. "

"We arrived about 9:00 pm. There was no any receptionist or room service or maintenance people. Checked in with computer and took the key. No hot water at all. Ice cold water. No people to call. Room was extremely hot. 27 Celsius. There is no AC. We opened the windows. Humidity a lot. Terrible smell of the swamp. Couldn't sleep at all till morning. Still no hot water. Very friendly hosts, who helped us check in early when we arrived the morning of England’s group game in Frankfurt so a fair travel, but were extremely accommodating and meant we were able to get to the match early.
