"We had a lovely stay. The had a lovely apartment with all amenities. Used the pool and jacuzzi/sauna/steam room all great. Had a meal in the bar which was great and quite good value. The wine however was extortionate £13 for a large glass and £10 for a medium glass!!! The site was beautiful the lake and grounds were lovely and the little church was lovely! The service was EXCELLENT in hotel and spa. Thank you. Would highly recommend...but stay off the wine!!"

"Pros - - Lovely looking hotel, cosy and comfortable - Great location, parks around, Montpellier street and access to the Promenade with shops, food, main Cheltenham spots easy to reach by walking - All staff were very welcoming, helpful and accommodating even when things went wrong - good service - moved me to a more comfortable room on arrival - came to help when TV wasn’t working etc. - kindly apologetic when my room phone wasn’t working - Gluten free food options in dining - enjoyed breakfast...
