The call from reception about full payment and deposit was understood however I had paid my full deposit and wanted to complete the remainder of the transaction first thing in the morning due to needing to use a different payment method for work purpose however there was no flexibility and people were somewhat rude on the phone. All facilities such as washing machine and dryer are in excellent working conditions. The kitchen is fully equipped and all necessities are provided in all rooms.
