"Room is really small but I think that’s normal for Japanese hotel. Staff is very very nice and helpful. Location is really convenient. Hotel breakfast is really good - a wide variety of Japanese food and some western food like scrambled eggs, bread products, sausages. My favorite indulgence is the soft serve ice cream machine."

"Big room (for japan), located near Odori park. Good value, even provided free drinks to guests from 3pm to 7pm (and also later). Excellent service, arranged taxi to airport for us. Recommend ++++"

"Easy to get to from Sapporo station and Diamaru is just around the corner. Lots of eatery in the surrounding. Perfect location if you need to catch the shuttle to Rusutsu resort. Hotel is clean. "
