The room and hotel facilities were very clean. It's a no frills type of place, which I expected since I got the room for a very low price. The breakfast was basic (a few types of bread), but the coffee machine was nice and had different beverage options."

"Check in time was rather strict at 3pm, we reached at 2.45pm but had to wait. Free bottled water provided, rooms were clean. Our rooms faced the railway tracks and we could hear the trains faintly in the early morning. Very close to Sapporo station though not directly connected. "

"I cannot expect more as it is value for money. The hotel is approx. 400-500 meters from Sapporo Station. One thing matter is about the bathroom. I prefer not to have the bathtub so the space will be better for movement. It just too small. "
