The service was excellent and full of little surprises every day. This place is meant for those who appreciate wabi-sabi since it is a heritage site. Therefore, soundproofing is not great. We could hear traffic noise and nearby live band performance, and birds chirping. None of it hindered our experience staying here. However, the heavy stomping above us was slightly annoying at times. Need a map for the walking tour which was fun but could only find it on our phone. Need to post ideas so people could see more actuvities in this wonderful city."
