"Enjoyed the spacious room and roof top pool accommodations. The room did have a few items missing upon inspection. There was a tea kettle for use but no tea cups or mugs. There were large bath towels in the bathroom but no face or hand towels for use. Overall, the staff was friendly during check in but we did notice a reluctance to provide information regarding food options as the restaurants on site did not open until 6PM at the earliest."

"it was a so-so stay. My room faced something like an old, abandoned building. Due to its proximity, my room curtain had to be drawn down at all time. Feel very claustrophobic at time. Air con in the room is stuffy. Room fridge was not working throughout my stay. Breakfast in hotel is far from desire. Taste of the main staple like mee rubus and curry laksa, are bad. "

"Property is connected to a mall. Bags were promptly received and sent to room, front desk was super friendly and upgraded us to suites. Free breakfast was a plus. Parking was a little confusing but manageable after receiving guidance and connected to mall."

"This was overall an ok stay. We really enjoyed our last stay at the property which is why we chose it again this time. Unfortunately, however, check-in seemed to be an unduly slow process, the safe in our room was not working, and gratuiites such as slippers and a weighing scale, which wed previously been provided with, were not provided on this occasion. That said, the room was still very comfortable. The decor was modern and tasteful, the amenities were good, and we probably would consider...
