"This is a newer hotel compared to the ones nearby. I was a bit skeptical but true to the ratings, this hotel is a gem option in the area. The location is perfect and walkable to the Petronas Twin Towers and Chinatown. It’s also right across from Merdeka Tower. Service is top! We were always treated at the door and our rooms always cleaned each day. Love love the earthy retro interiors! It is so different from the classy ones like Shangri La. Let’s talk about the rooftop! The pool is open with beautiful views of the city skyscrapers! Love to visit again!"

"Conveniently located within the KL Sentral transport hub. Spacious, while minimalistic rooms. Only issue with the room is that there were no day curtains - so, you would have to sit with the blinds down and no natural light for privacy. Enjoyed the gym, pool & buffet breakfast. "

"Stayed four nights here, and we're impressed with the service. Premium room had only one chair for the two of us, but front desk found and sent us one more. Car park was a tad confusing as hotel was located at a mega mall. "

The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and the staff's friendliness and helpfulness really stood out. The breakfast has a wide range of delicious food options too! In fact, we liked it so much that we've cancelled our other hotel booking for when we come back to KL after our stopover to Langkawi and booking the Renaissance instead! 🙂"
