"Location was the best! I booked this for my mom and dad and the location was very convenient for them! Its also an anniversary present for them and i’d like to thank all the staff that prepared the room for them and special thanks to the GSAs who wrote lovely messages on the mirror and card! They loved it so much! It made they’re stay very personalised and thank you for all their hard work that they put on decorating the room. Really did appreciate it . "This is a 5 star boutique hotel that is confortable with exceptional service at all levels. The restaurants were very good-breakfast, lunch and dinner were buffet style with plenty of selection. There was another restaurant that had a la carte and a bar which we did not try. I would return to this hotel- "

"The infinity pool.was closed and we were not made aware of it at the time of Booking . Spoiled the Holiday as this was made aware only days before our arrival and I could not change the property "

"Conveniently located within the KL Sentral transport hub. Spacious, while minimalistic rooms. Only issue with the room is that there were no day curtains - so, you would have to sit with the blinds down and no natural light for privacy. Enjoyed the gym, pool & buffet breakfast. "
