"Easy, friendly check-in and nice room. Fab bathroom. Great to have an 'on-the-go' breakfast available in the morning (yoghurt, fruit & porridge pot). Bit of a walk from New Street station but I enjoy walking so fine for me. "Apartment itself was great. However, the service we received was diabolical. They weren’t ready for us checking in. Was given numbers to call a cleaner who was abrupt to say the least and stated she didn’t have time to wait ten mins and gave us yet another number. We’d paid upfront for a three bed apartment but were given a pull out bed for one of my employees. Terrible service which is a shame as the room was good. Won’t ever stay again. Not well organised at all. "
