"It was very central for the town of Funchal. The room had everything and the lady on reception was very very helpful and friendly. The cooked breakfast could have been warmer and the restaurant kept odd hours and didn't feel like it was part of the hotel. As you are in the heart of the town you have to expect noise at night from residents living nearby"

"The complex had everything we needed. Spacious and clean apartment with an amazing view over Funchal and the sea, with a nice size balcony and outdoors seating. The downside was the road in-between the accommodation and the facilities. It was quiet late at night although the traffic in the morning with all the tourist vehicles coming up the hill was rather noisy. We live in a village, so noticed it. It was quiet by the pool side though. It has a restaurant and pool bar that does snacks at...

"The property is in good condition and the room, which the hotel kindly upgraded us to, was clean, spacious and bright. It was done in a minimalist design which was fine with us. However more hooks could be installed which would make it more user friendly. The breakfast was really good and the staff excellent. We definitely would stay there again. Recommended!"
