"Beautiful hotel, very comfortable rooms but what really made me happy was the service. There was a driver work worked with the hotel. He was absolutely wonderful, took me to the pharmacy, took me to the airport. Was a lovely kind man who was very tentative. If it wasn’t for him i would have forgot to review. "

"Great view of Temple from the balcony on 6th floor where our room was located. Our room didn't have a new but because of that, it was very quiet. It seems the room was recently renovated and very tasteful. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food and pretty good. The breakfast staff were hard working and yet nice. We enjoyed the stay very much."

"The property is on a very busy intersection so there is alot going on in terms of traffic. We were on the 10 th floor so had a great view of the sunrise and could easily get to the rooftop for beautiful views around the city. Many restaurants nearby. Great grocery store nearby so that you can prepare a meal or two. Extremely helpful concierge. Very handy laundry. Would have liked a couple more coffee pods or information as to where to buy more! "I received a bottle of wine but just one wine glass and no wine bottle opener, I bought one in the area, I asked for a second wine glass and never received it so we share the one we have, nothing major but details make the difference. "

"Great location! Comfortable room, breakfast buffet is so delicious. Hotel is beautiful, however only complaint is that we saw a sliver inside other rooms as they were being cleaned and all seemed a little more up to date than our room (I.e ours had carpet, no real decor, a high up window, basic bathroom while others had hardwood floor, bigger window, etc). Would stay again though! "
