" The hotel lobby and ground floor in general is very nice and appealing but when we headed up stairs the halls were quite old and just the opposite of the fresh and lovely smelling, modern lobby. We did enjoy the self check in and check out. I thought that was very smart and the machines were very easy to use. "Checkin is 3pm. We got there at 2.30pm and tried to checkin. There is no reception area. We found a staff member at the event center and she told us to go to "The Pantry". It's a small store on the premises. This was closed and there was no one about. When we phoned we were told that a text message would be sent to us with the access code at 3pm. This was annoying as the cabins were certainly ready. Aside from this the place was lovely!"
