This was disappointing to us due to my husband selling motorbike we thought we treat ourselves to a little spa and a night away with the cash., luckily we did have our credit card with us if we didn’t have this we would have in stuck! "Lovely hotel The annexe area is very tired and the bathrooms need updating. The spa was ok but could benefit from an upgrade and maybe some soft relaxing music in the treatment rooms. The staff were ok. No one ‘went the extra mile’ let’s say. Staff need to be more customer focused at times felt like they were putting themselves out to accommodate us when it should be that nothing was too much trouble especially in the spa. This didn’t spoil our stay though. "
