"This hotel was outstanding. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a complimentary glass of prosecco and were made to feel very welcome. The staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable . Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable and warm. Plenty of food and drink options. The spa , gym and pool were a bonus . I would highly recommend. "

"Great bed! The Nespresso machine made some quality coffee. The shower had great water pressure and temperature, and the shower door had a strong seal which kept in all the water. I wish the shower had a tray/shelf for soap, as I travel with my own bar. The Zenology hand soap and balm were great; the shampoo and conditioner not so much. Lastly, a means of hanging used towels so they can quickly dry would've been nice."

"Beds and pillows were horrible…way too soft. I requested a firmer pillow and that made a huge difference in how I slept. Rooms are tired and need some updating, but are quiet and comfortable. Property super convenient to walk to underground, old town, shopping and restaurants. "
