This hotel offers everything you could ask for: it's new, clean, quiet, and conveniently located near everything you need in Vienna. Public transportation is right outside the door, and there's a wide variety of restaurants just across the street at Westfield, one of Europe's largest shopping centers. What truly impressed us, however, was the exceptional staff. They were the friendliest, most supportive, and most accommodating hotel reception team we've ever encountered. "Suited my purposes very well. Convenient for U4 U-Bahn line. Building work in connection with reconstruction of the Pilgramgasse U-Bahn station makes the surroundings a bit messy at the moment. When construction work is complete the station will serve both underground line U4 and the extended U2."

"I had to book here last minute when I couldn't get into my usual hotel in Vienna. This wouldn't have been my choice for an "authentic" Austrian experience. In fact, it's straight out of Reagan Era America and not aging well. But the room was clean, food was good, safe was fabulous! GREAT people work there."
