I tried setting the thermostat to cooling mode at 68 but it still kept blowing hot air all night until we finally figured out at 5AM that someone had set the fan to always on so it kept blowing heat no matter what we set the thermostat to. Have two college age kds who stay up way too late, so needed two bedrooms and paying for two hotel rooms was not desirable. This worked perfect! Would have given excellent rating but little work needs to be done on place - closet door fell of track, soap dospenser about to fall off wall. Just minor things.
