"Nice place, had a bit of problem with getting heater on. The water in unit is hard and rusty as evidenced by shower floor, it needs a water softener, and a luggage rack would be nice since there is no dresser. Also Frig is super small. Overall it was a nice place. "

The kitchen was stocked well and very functional. We really enjoyed the game room above the garage. The location was great. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely. It's very close to the southern end of Lake and Mt. Sunapee, so lots of outdoor activities. This would be a place we would return to."

"The house was super convenient to Mount Sunapee and Newport is a really nice town. There were two families staying at the house with kids ranging from 11 years old to 1 year old. Everyone was very comfortable and we all had a lot of fun. I highly recommend staying there."

"This was a perfect place to stay with several coworkers, as we conducted research on a nearby lake. Straightforward check-in and plenty of space for us to spread out. It is down a long dirt road (which is in great condition - very smooth and fine for all types of vehicles in summer), so feels quite remote despite having plenty of neighbors nearby. Quiet and comfy."
