"A lovely hotel. Room was above the restaurant and bar, but this was not an issue. The room itself was beautiful and rustic, but a little quirky. The bed was confortable and the shower was clean and very servicable. There is quite a bit of audible street noise from early in the morning (the hotel is right on the village/town square). It didn't bother me but might be an issue for really light sleepers. Overall, an extremely pleasant stay and very good value for money. "

"Lovely pub with great service. Issabell and Jake stood out as friendly and helpful and added to the enjoyment of our stay. Had an evening meal and food was excellent. Comfortable rooms. All in all really good."

"Very friendly on reception and in restaurant. Food was surprisingly good. Gym quite compact but works. Did not use the pool, but the spa tub appeared empty and the pool looked bigger in the photos. "
