"We booked our 3 night stay for our Wedding Anniversary. 30 years!! It was a lovely relaxing break. The staff are all amazing. Courteous, competent, friendly, professional and always willing to help. The lady who seems to be in charge of the restaurant (can't quite remember her name but she has been working at the hotel for many years) is so good at her job and seems to be so aware and supportive of the needs of both the clients and staff. However, the venue had a wedding on the night of my stay and I would have appreciated a) being told this was the case and b) not being put in a room directly above the room that the party was in. Terrible nights sleep and I’m puzzled why when allocating rooms you would place people in that room."
