They obviously had limited staff which was evident during breakfast where there were many places waiting to be cleared during peak time. I ended up clearing a table just so i could sit down and was asked by another patron to clear their table as they assumed i was staff! I also had a drink in the bar which had a contact lens in it! I got a new drink however the staff member wasnt particularly apologetic or concerned that i...

"We were on a 17 day trip to Italy and Vienna. We loved the easy check in and the location of the hotel. I loved the water pressure in the shower. The only downer for us was the bed was a little on the hard side. The employees were all pleasant and eager to assist us. The hotel was close to many restaurants and a couple of grocery stores and bakeries. Would definitely stay there again. Also the hotel was very quiet and we never heard any noise from the hallway or other rooms. "
