"The property is is a great location being walkable to Musuems Quarter and other attractions in the city. The room itself was a very good size and had plenty of storage space. However we were told it would have a private bathroom which meant a private shower (with a shower curtain that didn't close fully) and sink. The toilet was a shared toilet in the hall. "This place is terrible. When I arrived, it was closed and nobody picked up the telephone. Instead, I stayed at the Best Western, great place! Best Western = excellent experience! "

"The staff was good. In the washroom, there is no shampoo. The wifi connection was not good. There was no recharge point for Canadian mobiles and laptops. Because of this, we could not use our mobiles. At least they should have an adaptor in the future. "
