"Fantastic place to stay. The accommodation is made up of serval buildings each divided into separate accommodation areas. The bedroom was large and extremely well appointed. The bathroom was huge and offered a double stone bath and a massive walk-in shower. Everything has been thought out to the finest detail. "Perfectly placed in town with allocated parking. Friendly greeting on arrival and no surprises when entering the room. Unfortunately the room opposite was being used by restaurant guests as a toilet and attracted a couple of groups that were a bit loud but it did not overly affect the view of the stay. TV was in an awful position as it was impacted by the post of the bed and the light in the fridge was a bit annoying during the night as I’m a lite sleeper. Nice and clean, water and soft drinks...

"Great homely guest house near the seafront in Westcliff. Comfy bed and spacious room. Tasty full English breakfast. Nozzle on room radiator was broken but staff were able to turn it off for me. They stored my luggage the day I left. Would definitely return!"

"We have stayed her before and we will stay again. A lovely location by the sea. Very efficient and friendly staff. A few issues with room (no.5), water not draining from bath, mirror light not working. I know maintenance will be sorting these out soon, probably already sorted! Wonderful cooked breakfast in the morning."
