"It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay ."

"Wonderful property. Suited our needs perfectly for a group of 10 teens and 4 adults. The bedroom configuration was a clincher as it meant each person had their own bed. Only 10mn walk to the train station, 30mn into centre of London. High street just a walk around the corner. Fabulous property and we are very happy with our choice"

"It was advertised that this was an 8 minute walk to the tube station when in actuality it was 30 minutes. That was our main criteria for choosing this VRBO. The owner was a nice man. Suggestions I have are to install some mirrors near where outlets are located so hair can be done easier and replace toaster that does not work. "Outstanding stay at butterfly barn, couldn’t fault anything. The place was very clean and tidy on arrival, the check in process was easy and Stephanie is a lovely host. Nothing was too much for Stephanie, she was able to accommodate all our needs flawlessly, which made the stay that much better. "Lovely apartment in great location next to city centre. The owner had an issue with previous guests who trashed the apartment, however when we arrived the apartment was clean and in great condition. Only issue was a slight dampness to couch due to him having to clean because of previous users. This would not put me off using this apartment again, thank you for the use of your apartment"

"The apartment was exactly what we wanted! It was comfortable and clean! The host was wonderful and had no issue with answering any questions we had! The apartment is so close to the high street - a perfect spot for nights out or just a quick visit to the center.
