"Nice rooms and customer aervice was beyond excellent!!!! Hate the parking its a daily fee.on top of that garage is very small and if you don't get in by a certain time it full up fast so you will have to park across the street."

"This Property met the luxury and hospitality expectations. Unfortunately, downtown Charlotte has a bad homeless epidemic. In the bus stop right in front of the hotel driveway, there was a woman living in there, and literally taking bucket baths. We witnessed this all throughout the 3 days of our stay. It is an unfortunate humanitarian crisis, and for out of state visitors like us that are in the city to explore all it has to offer, it felt unpleasant. Other than that, the property felt safe inside. Also pool area won’t be opening until June 2025."
