"The apartment did not disappoint! A couple of snafus with check-in but the property owner had it figured out in no time so I still rated it 5 stars for that process. The place was very clean and it should be noted that the only bathroom is up a flight of stairs. The hallway was quiet and you rarely heard anyone coming and going. you can see Bank of America stadium from the Balcony and easy walking distance to the field. "Pros: -Bedroom was clean -The older woman living there was nice & stayed to herself -Possibly the best shower/shower head I have ever experienced in life; truly amazing -Ubers had no problem finding us -Great communication from host Cons: -Confusing listing language so I thought we would have the entire condo, but it's actually shared with an older woman who doesn't speak much English and her cute & feisty dog -The dog wasn't stated in the listing so thankfully we weren't allergic -No basics...

"Great, spacious condo and in a nice location very close to the football stadium if staying there for a game. Only complaint would be the long distance from the actual unit and the elevators to get down to your car, otherwise really great stay!"

"The condo unit faces the boat dock harbor of Lake Norman by I-77 Davidson Griffith St. Exit. It is a cute, small 2 bedroom 1 bath, 1 closet unit near the Davidson College exit. The kitchen was tiny, underequipped, no knife set or spices other than salt and pepper. ."
