As we were there on a very busy weekend there was a bit of a line/wait time for breakfast but the staff was always very attentive and ensured things moved as smoothly as possible. "

"The grounds are beautiful, but the service is lacking. They are very understaffed. While, the staff was typically professional. I would not describe them as engaging. Calabash is average food at best, and the staff gets overwhelmed very easy. The food takes forever. We did have a wonderful time in Barbados in general and did not spend much time at the resort. The beach was almost always too rough at the resort, but the morning that we left, it was beautiful and flat. It is a smaller resort and...

"Good news/bad news. It’s a bit isolated so nothing except the restaurant next door is open so you have to drive, taxi or get a ride to go anywhere. You don’t have to go very far though. Lots of nice places to go. Water is good out of the tap. Quiet, lovely staff. "
