"The Omni spa and the spa pool were the highlight of the resort. Very beautiful spa! We bought the Joya signature scent spray. We did notice that at the Oasis pool the empty dirty glasses from the night before were all around the pool and hot tub. We called at noon to ask to have staff come clean up. The valet guys were very helpful. I enjoyed our ground floor room by the adults only pool but upon arrival we did have to ask for a new chaise cushion (it was ripped and stained). The bathroom in...

"It was close to the airport so the location is convenient. pool was nice. restaurant was good. Staff was very nice. No Complaints. "

"It was a great stay. Receptionist was a great person. It started with him being respectful and even greeting my dog. That honestly made my stay so much better. How you welcome guest is huge. You don't get a second chace at a first impression. Great job!"

"It’s a good location. Parking was a nightmare. Didn’t know they catered events to large groups. Once the dance team came there were no parking spots and extremely difficult to get on or out of the parking lot. More pools would be nice, not enough chairs. Rooms were a little outdated and no microwave in room. Nice place though all in all."
