"This place is an old hotel that needs an update. The floors were dirty so your feet will be black if you want to walk around barefoot. The beds are comfortable but the shower pressure was lacking. The pool is not heated but it's still decent and the outdoor area and the hot tub is nice. I appreciated the bigger sized fridge and ice machine downstairs. It would have been nice to have a key card and access to all the amenities but it served its purpose for a quick NYE stay."

"Wonderful communication with Ryan! This condo is truly a gem! Quiet complex and community, and definitely close to shopping, places to eat! Convenient to the highway to get to everywhere! My only issue was the map programs were not always 100% timely at night and we ended up going around the block! Ha ha We will definitely stay again when wr come back to Phoenix/Scottsdale. "This place is reasonably priced and has everything you need. It is very private. The 'backyard' space that the patio faces is alive with rabbits, quail, and various other birds. Its very quiet and the bed is above average comfortable! "
