"Firstly the staff at check in were excellent and secondly the room was lovely. The decor is stunning both in the foyer and the room. Everything was beautiful. Check out the next day was quick and easy. It was our first visit to Newcastle and will definately be back to stay for longer to be able to try the different styes of restaurants close to the hotel and take the walks around the parks. "My bungalow was beautiful. Only problem was that I was the unlucky one who got Bungalow 1 assigned. That one is next to the bar/restaurant, so bit noisy until curfew. Plus everyone from the other bungalows had to use the gate next to mine to get to the bar & some people from the accommodation behind used that gate to get to the beach. So more noise and less privacy. If you exclude this, my stay was amazing. Underneath parking, beautiful bungalow and just a few steps away from the beach. Nice...
